Requesting Student Data - Form Instructions

To request data from the Division of Research, we ask that you answer each of the questions on the form (see tab to the right for the form). Please answer all questions fully to improve the accuracy of your request and time needed to provide the information.

 IMPORTANT:

A team of evaluators review incoming data requests each Wednesday. Allow at least 2 weeks after evaluation for processing. Requests are prioritized based on district requirements.

*If the data you are requesting is part of a research project you would like to conduct in the Omaha Public Schools, you will, first, need to get approval from the Research Review Committee by filling out a Conducting Research Request.
